Tornado update: On June 1, 2011 parts of our region were devasted by a F-3 tornado, resulting in the displacement of hundreds of tenants and homeowners. HAPHousing staff members were on the front lines in the immediate aftermath and continue to help displaced families find new apartments as quickly as possible. [More]

Over 35 years, HAPHousing has earned a reputation for providing innovative forms of housing assistance to tenants, homebuyers, homeowners and rental property owners. HAPHousing is the largest nonprofit developer of affordable housing in Western Mass, and a collaborative partner in urban neighborhood revitalization.

HAPHousing is also the region's Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC), a great starting point for many of our clients.
