Maintenance Technician
HAPHousing is searching for a Maintenance Technician for scattered site apartments in its Property Management department.  Basic repair, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical repair skills required, as well as the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.  Minimum 3 years maintenance-related experience.  Must be committed to teamwork and customer service, have good communication skills, and a reliable vehicle.  Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred.  Wage $13.48 - $15.77/hr depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.  Send cover letter & resume to HR@haphousing.org or Human Resources, HAPHousing, 322 Main St Springfield 01105.

Assistant Coordinator
HAPHousing is seeking an Assistant Coordinator to oversee the day to day operations of a 24 hour family shelter.  Responsibilities include:  staff supervision, planning and facilitating educational workshops and group activities, intake and assessment, case management and service coordination for homeless families.  Strong candidates will have:  supervisory experience, related experience with homeless families, case management, and housing programs; excellent organizational, verbal and written communication, and computer skills; knowledge of local community and service provider network; and a reliable car.  Bachelor's degree preferred.  Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus.  Wage between $16.01 - $18.74/hr plus excellent benefits.  Resumes accepted until position is filled.  Send cover letter & resume to HR@haphousing.org or Human Resources, HAPHousing, 322 Main St Springfield 01105.

Time Off
Vacations: 2 weeks (year one); 3 weeks (year two); 4 weeks (year six)
