Commonwealth Corps
HAPHousing is seeking two full-time Commonwealth Corps members to serve in a program that helps clients gain skills and knowledge to improve their employability.  Responsibilities include reviewing and critiquing resumes, designing and carrying out workshops, helping clients to establish clear job search objectives, and recruiting volunteers. Foreclosure Prevention Specialist
HAP
Housing is seeking an experienced foreclosure prevention specialist. Responsibilities include assessment, budgeting, negotiating loan modifications or refinancing arrangements, education, referral and outreach to community agencies. Must have experience in foreclosure counseling, banking/mortgage knowledge, excellent communication and teamwork skills, computer proficiency, and reliable transportation. Occasional evening hours. Community Building VISTA
HAP
Housing, a multi-service regional non-profit housing agency, is seeking two highly motivated Community Building full-time VISTA’s that will work towards fostering engagement and promoting neighborhood revitalization.  Responsibilities include: coordinating with neighborhood revitalization partners, supporting meaningful and sustainable resident engagement, promoting green initiatives, volunteer recruitment and training, and management of neighborhood surveys.  Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) preferred. 
 
AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteers In Service To America) is a full-time, national service program for individuals interested in developing lasting solutions to the problems of poverty in the United States. Each VISTA member makes a year-long, full-time commitment to serve on a specific project at a nonprofit organization or public agency. Case Manager for Homeless Families 
HAPHousing is seeking a Housing Specialist to provide re-housing and/or stabilization services to homeless families. Responsibilities include assessment, triage, housing search and case management. This position will primarily focus on stabilization services such as tenancy preservation, financial education and making referrals for additional services. Strong candidates will have related experience with homeless families and housing programs; excellent organizational, verbal and written communication, and computer skills; knowledge of local community and service provider network; and a reliable car. Time Off
Vacations: 2 weeks (year one); 3 weeks (year two); 4 weeks (year six)
