Learning to Manage Multi-Family Homes
For owners of two, three or four-family homes, HAPHousing’s Basics of Rental Property Management workshop provides information on Massachusetts housing laws, tenant screening, lead paint, landlord/tenant relationships, the eviction process and other useful topics.
We also publish Property Management Manual for Massachusetts Rental Owners, a “must read” for new rental property owners and an invaluable resource for all residential property managers and owners. It is especially helpful for providing an overview of rental property regulations and standard practices for those who own a small number of rental units. It includes a CD with sample letters and forms.
