Landlord associations provide a local forum for landlords to share experiences and exchange information with each other. These associations also allow landlords to:
- Hear about current topics that are of importance to landlords
- Understand legislation and keeping up with changes that can affect landlords, such as the Massachusetts Landlord Tenant Law
- Get help with screening tenants, credit checks and more
